I have been attending Pilates now for 7 weeks, and I find it amazing. I was very anxious about joining classes after a long illness and not being physically able to exercise, but Tash has made me feel very safe and comfortable and always makes sure I’m not pushing myself too far while simultaneously giving me a great workout. Pilates suits me perfectly its low impact , with the stretching and strengthening I need. In this short time, I have noticed a huge difference not only in my physical abilities but also in my mental state aswell. Tash is super friendly and welcoming. I really enjoy attending the classes and having a laugh. I would highly recommend Pilates classes. You won’t be disappointed.
