About Core Wellness

Core Wellness was opened in Singleton, NSW in the gorgeous Hunter Valley to provide a friendly facility for people of all ages and abilities to exercise in a welcoming, supportive and non-judgemental space.

Pilates focuses on Strength, Flexibility & Balance. Benefits of Pilates include, but are not limited to: body awareness, core endurance, pelvic floor strength, coordination, improved posture, mobility of the spine & joints, reduce aches & pain, injury prevention, stability, improved quality of life.

We offer Semi Private & Springboard Pilates Classes

Semi-Private classes are suitable for all ages, body types, & abilities including Seniors. Every movement can be modified for pre/post natal clients as well as those with injuries or aches & pains.

Semi private sessions are suited to those who are total beginners to not only Pilates but also exercising in general, need a slower paced style of exercise regime, have a medical condition, health concern or injury or for those who would like a customised exercise plan to target specific areas of the body or have a fitness goal. Maximum 6 per class duration: 60mins

Springboard class is a mat-based Pilates workout that uses springs and levers attached to the wall- mounted “springboard”. This class is the perfect combo between classical mat Pilates mat & Pilates equipment training that you would find elements of in a Semi-Private or Group Reformer class.

I have been attending Semi Private Classes with Tash at Core Pilates and Wellness for some time now and am really happy with the results I am achieving. I have been attending Pilates now for 7 weeks, and I find it amazing. I was very anxious about joining classes after a long illness and not being physically able to exercise, but Tash has made me feel very safe and comfortable and always makes sure I’m not pushing myself too far while simultaneously giving me a great workout. Pilates suits me perfectly its low impact , with the stretching and strengthening I need. In this short time, I have noticed a huge difference not only in my physical abilities but also in my mental state aswell. Tash is super friendly and welcoming. I really enjoy attending the classes and having a laugh. I would highly recommend Pilates classes. You won’t be disappointed.
